Let’s look at the terminology used within Connex to organise your audio + metadata,
how they help you organise and catalogue within the platform.
Connex is built to empower you to organise and collaborate your way,
with control over access at both the spaces and project levels.
It’s important to understand how these all correspond to each other to make sure
you get the most out of your Connex experience.
What is a space in Connex?
You need a space to create any project, when you sign-up for Connex there’s a default space provided.
Spaces can be used to separate out information between labels, geographical areas
or however you’d like to separate out Connex.
You can assign users to specific spaces when setting them up and add users to them at a later date.
To create a space, go to the four square box in the top right corner of Connex:
Click on spaces:
Click where it says space and the date to change the name of the space.
In the bottom right hand corner you’ll see add user, click on this to add the users you’d like to the space.
